Me likey the changes

I'm pretty pleased with all the new YG songs. Not that they're running away from auto tunes, it still there but now I can hear more real instruments. I especially like Park Bom's acoustic version of "Don't Cry". It sounded so familiar! I like the hip hop YG side but I like their new style more :D... Especially Bigbang's "Love Song"... Thats just total love for that.

Year End Festivals

I didn't like any of the shows (SBS, KBS, MBC) this year.. unlike last year. I enjoyed SBS Gayo Daejun. But I did do like some parts.. mostly YG of course.. hahaha. Sound system of SBS is very crappy. MBC cameraman.... don't really know who to film. KBS, I stayed because of CNBlue

2NE1 Don't Stop the Music

YG released a music video for 2NE1 song for Yamaha CF in Thailand, And there back with the lego theme.. I love it! I miss this nice colorful theme. But the song is not as strong as "Try To Follow Me".. but I still love the video. YG makes a good music video doesn't he?... I like the part where CL and Minzy were singing "Fiore!!" (If I'm not mistaken)

Please come to Los Angeles!

The last YG Family Concert last 2003 they came to Los Angeles... I hope they will do the same! so all my regrets for not going to SMTown Concert will be gone.. I wasn't actually that disappointed ya know?... So excited!... December 4-5 they said.. that means Big Bang's comeback is just around the corner!

Kwon Twins

Yes I am one of them! I really think that they're not YG trainees.. they could be but I don't know.. they have their own dance crew and.. having both sounds weird.. but honestly I want them to be a YG trainee.. when I first saw Go Away live performance I was like "dang YG's hiring good looking back up dancers now.. learned from Pretty Boy performance eh?".. Then I just can't stop my eyes for not seeing him (CL's partner) because he reminds me of Song Joong Ki.. then after few days I keep on coming back on videos just to see him.. then found out that he has a twin that's also part of the Go Away back up dancers.. the one who's back hugging Sandara.. he doesn't have that much screen time like he's brother.. but I checked fancams and he really looks cute.. he also reminds me of a kpop artist.. it's Jaejin from FT Island :D... Well I need to get over this hype because I know I won't see them much like 2NE1.. now my reason for watching 2NE1 or any other YG stuff is to see them... Andwe!!

2NE1's 1st Album "To Anyone" is out!

I decided to seperate this full songs from the updates because it's the full version. I'll include the official music videos here too.. Gaaah!! Can't Nobody is so catchy! How come I don't here much of CL and Minji?. I just so can't wait for the music video! I know it will give a different feel just like "Try To Follow Me" did to me.. first I wasn't empress with the song but when they released the MV I was blown away!.. back to the real deal.. I didn't expect Go Away will not be that upbeat but it's alright.. but I'm just worried because they have "S" word in their 2 songs already, they might ban their songs if they don't censor it. I have a feeling that "Clap your hands" will have the same vibe as "Strong Baby" haha.. I could be wrong.

Oh my word! I'm so excited for 2NE1's comeback! after 1 year and 2 months of waiting it's finally coming!!!!... I love the full track titles.. and there's gonna be an english version?!... OMO!!! Like I'm so spazzing right now.. all my grudges for YG suddenly disappeared in one snap!... September  9!!! Please come quickly!! Any teaser????

2NE1's Try To Follow Me MV

Finally it's out! A month after YG released the single, I feel like it's my first time hearing Try To Follow Me when I saw this video! It's very different from their CF.. the blue/pink cutesy dresses are out and fierce and the "2NE1 style" are in. I love how the music video is not very serious but more like showing that "yea try to copy this if you can".. hahaha! Even the pajama outfit will only work for them.. It's very refreshing to see colorful outfits in kpop scene again.. I'm glad YG is not following the dark side trend.. it's just too boring. Even F.cuz that I thought will not take that path finally gave up... YG! release your artist now! Kpop is losing it's color!

SBS Gayo Daejun 2009

Last night (or should I say morning) was the most awaited show for me... The news and teaser photos makes me anticipate more and more and it did not disappoint me. I was expecting to be wowed by YG Family but men..I just gotta be honest with you JYP Family owned it! for real! The Music Drama, Parodies, Ballad Singing and all that really prove that they ain't just new comer baby! I'm glad that the SNSD-2PM joint stage wasn't that special because I couldn't bear it if they will be the next wonderbang! I want 2PM-2NE1 to be that... but since YG is so keeping the girls from doing a joint stage with other idol groups I doubt that it will happen, but who knows.

I want to post each videos one by one but that will take me forever.. So I'll just spazz with my favorite performances.

-MBLAQ/BEAST Dance Battle.. Hands down to Joon! Y'all know I'm a G.O. and Mir fangirl but now I understand why a lot of people like Joon. He's so good at dancing! and his eyes is a killer! aaah! It's still fresh from my mind! and the spinning thing he did, doesn't look gay at all! how can he do it so manly! I totally fell for him here. (there's more Joon spazzing later ^^) Beast are naturally good dancer coming from JYP's sister company that thing is already expected.. and their leader... hmm, hmmm, hmmmm.. what's his name?

-Davichi and 2AM's joint stage was good too. We have been bombarded with auto tunes these days and it's nice to hear ballad songs that shows pure talent in singing. Jjang Seulong!!!

-The girl group turned into guy group..eeeh.. I don't know, it looks awkward specially the ring ding dong. CL did okay but she did not top G-dragon.. I don't know if it's a compliment but I guess this stage performance proves that those songs are really made for Namja! but A for the effort :D..

-2PM singing ballad... hmmm! Junsu! stop making me fall for your sweet voice! must..stay.. Wooyoung! and Nichkhun did a great job I wonder why people tell him that he's just a pretty face.. he's not a good good singer but his keys are not off..(i don't know if I use the right term.. so please don't kill me) so yea! and the acoustic version of Juliette is very nice! and the scene and everything! Shinee was shinning bright last night!

-2NE1 did okay with the Fire with a school uniform.. but it's not like wow.. so I'll skip that part. Bom!!!!!!!! This is the performance I have been dreaming of! I can't believe YG and I have the same idea! lol. Taeyang and Bom. woot! woot! see the performance and be the judge the only side comment I'll say is that Taeyang looks short but it's all good. GD and CL performing The Leaders was mind blowing, CL! where can we find a girl like you in the Idol world? But I'm still waiting for the day where Teddy will join them. Let's Go Party was okay.. maybe I'm disappointed because it's not my favorite track from their album... I prefer the Chuseok special than this. I really like the performance but it's not like a worth to rewatch.. you know what I mean? and I'm glad they didn't wear all black, I miss seeing their colorful outfit.



-and 2PM again! now it's Minamishineyo Parody time! My wooyoung played Minam.. and everything was really funny! Khun's acting was great.. I expect to see more of him in the acting field. ^_^

-There has been a lot of MJ Tribute in the Kpop scene and this one is my favorite.. because 2PM was in it and so does Mblaq! woot! woot!.. I will spend my time spazzing about Joon's awesome performance of Dangerous! You deserve to be in the middle young man! you're so shmexy!! there I said it! You really got my whole attention last night! I will be you're fan from now on :D... You're number 1 amongst the Mblaq member.. (sorry Mir and G.O.)

-I admit that I got jealous in 2PM-SNSD dance special.. I don't know why?! It's not like I always get jealous.. maybe because it's SNSD, pretty girls and every guy likes them and I can't say anything against them because they are good when it comes to singing and dancing.

-Shinee's Jonghyun sang Gone by Nsync.. ughhhh.. I miss those Nsync days :D And I was already having the feeling that Junsu will sing Bump n Grind and I was right.. I never get tired seeing him sing that song.. it just makes me fall for even more.

-Park Shin Hye looks stunning! Ok I take back my words for saying that she looks more beautiful with short hair.. because she looks like a princess last night with a long hair!

-Guy group turn into girl group was better than the other way around.. 2PM dominated on this special performance too. Jokwon did not fail to give his craziness. Joon! oh Joon!! Why do you look hot with everything you do??? He looks manly dancing to Muzik. I'm kinda sad that no one perform Fire or I don't Care.. maybe YG didn't allow it again.. well too bad.

-I was so thrilled when I heard the "Tired of Waiting" intro.. that's like my favorite song from the whole album! I'm glad that they performed it!.. I think I got use seeing them without Jay but I know if Jay was there it will be better. But they did great! Love their outfits in their Again & Again Remix version. The Music Drama for HeartBeat's intro was amazing!!!!!!! When I was watching it live I wanna zoom out my scream at first because my frail heart could not take it if something pops out of nowhere (because it came out like a horror movie). I always wait for the ending part of Heartbeat and I still like their ending from Golden Disk Awards but the whole shot gun dance was amazing.

-G-Dragon performed Gossip Man for the first time in a show. It's not one of my favorites in his album but I guess he choose that because it's an up beat song. I can't concentrate on his performance alone because his hair keeps on distracting me.. what can we do.. He's GD! Taeyang performed "Look Only at Me" (why not Where U At?) and Wedding Dress.. he's great with dancing and singing but I wanna see something more for him.. cause sometimes when I listen to him it's kinda boring. But he doesn't need to be like GD to hype all the people.. he's okay with being his own self.

-I got nothing against SNSD because they're pretty but you don't expect me to follow them because I'm a girl and I don't get attracted when I see a sexy girl. I appreciate them for making great music and giving a good stage performance but I just...can't say anything to them. Super Junior had a great entrance! they kinda copied 2PM's performance in Golden Disk Awards with the mask thing and guess who's the super junior in all of them. But they executed it well! I was like wowed with them! I love Super Junior! I wish they performed Sorry Sorry-Answer. I wish to see them all 13 on stage next time.. you can't deny that even if it was a great performance.. something is missing.. with the lawsuit thing and drunk issue should not be the reason of them disbanding.

Review: MAMA 2009

I definitely enjoyed that whole show, but it would've been better if SM Entertainment was there and of course our Leadja Jaebum..you can feel the void without them. But you can't deny that all performances were great.Congratulations to the winner! whatever people will say you all deserve it because you put blood and sweat to make it on stage. Respect and Love.

1st Wave- Drunken Tiger "Monster"
Love his intro, Queen's Bohemian Rhapsody turned into Black Eyed Peas' Hey Mama.. Very Mama huh? lol. Great performance to start off the show. I'm not really a big fan of him but I respect him from what he's doing.He's the best rapper I've seen in Korea


2nd Wave- Brown Eyed Girls "Sign", KARA "Honey", Abracadabra/Mister Remix
Love the orchestra version. Though I'm more of an Abracadabra fan than Sign.. this performance made me appreciate the song. Somehow I feel like I'm just watching them on a regular music show. But they pulled me back in awe when they perform with KARA

I think KARA will throw their cutesy image for good.They made "Honey" look fierce. And I admit it I'm Nicole biased.. she so looks good here!
Love this collab!... They look fab and fierce!.. This two dance moves have been so popular this year, you wouldn't even able to count how many parodies and covers were done for this two great songs (excluding SNSD's "Genie" of course.. really sad that they didn't show up)


3rd Wave- Seo In Gook/ Baek Ji Young "Don't Forget", Seo In Good "Boom Boom Pow", Seo In Gook/ MFM Church Choir
Baek Ji Young made me fall for her beautiful voice.. Totally in love with the song.. it gives me teary eye. I don't know if it was scripted where he called Baek Ji Young to sing it.. very pro if not. I love Baek Ji Young now! sorry for mistaking you in "ear candy".

This Superstar K champion got some groove in him. lol. But it's kinda awkward dancing after singing super stardom and before performing with the MFM Church Choir.. but he still rocked it...and the lady with him too(whom I don't know).
And of course you can feel the church feeling in this performance. I like it when there's more people on stage than just performing by himself. This is definitely his time to shine bright.


4th Wave- 2NE1's 21street Musical Special (I Don't Care, Kiss, You and I, Please Don't Go)
And yea I'm always YG biased.. because I love them! YG always prepares a good stage for us. Love the musical theme, it suits the song I don't care because they don't only focus on dance steps but also with their comical expressions (CL and Dara are always in charge of this) First time seeing Dara perform Kiss and the fierce look really fits her, she can prove us that she's not just a cutesy image. And the guy from the style.. why o why didn't I notice you before? He's smexy! Bom's You and I.. good thing she didn't dance that much because whenever she adds dancing her voice lacks and last night didn't! Great Job Bommie! And the two maknaes! finally! It's about time! because they're still young, their solo single can be set aside for next year right? so CL and Minzy fans don't fret. And I expect them to have a great performance in their new single "Please Don't Go".. because they always bring it! Could it be their young spirit? kekeke.. Congrats on winning Newcomer Award, Best MV and Song of the Year..well deserved!


5th Wave- GirlsXGirls "Free to the Woman"
Rapper from different girl groups. Miryo from Brown Eyed Girls, Hyuna and Jiyoon from 4Minute, Baby J from Jewerly and I save the best for last.. Tasha! I'm totally naive of Tasha but I know she's the best rapper from every rapper in Korea just like her true romance Drunken Tiger ^^.. This two lovers makes me wanna listen to rap music more. I'll start listening to their songs from now on. They performed their own version of Lip Gloss and May Day.


6th Wave- Ivy/ Nichkhun of 2PM, 2PM's Heartbeat and Again&Again
I guess to others they will like this performance.. but I don't.sorry. She did great, but I don't really like too sexy image.. especially in awards where their will be different age groups will be there.I know I'm narrow-minded. But that's just me. No one will beat Hyori and TOP's kiss scene last year. that's all my say.

Great Performance is always expected with 2PM.. everyone knows that they always bring their A-game wherever they perform.. but this time they performed without their leadja Jaebum.. which make people anticipate them more. and you know what I always think that they don't think that Jaebum is not part of their group anymore.. because if they do, they wouldn't perform Again and Again..again (lol) And we can still say that Jaebum is in the full album because the old songs are included and all. I don't know, that's just my opinion. Congrats on winning Artist of the year they really showed us how great they are and what they can offer to us.. a lot of guy groups debuted and old ones that didn't wowed me like 2PM did. And I really cried when Chansung made his speech.. Jaebum please come back T_T


7th Wave- G-Dragon's "Heartbreaker, Taeyang's "Where U At" & "Wedding Dress", G-dragon/Taeyang's "Korean Dream"
I expect something new from G-dragon last night and he didn't fail me. I think he got tired people copying him with his blonde hair and decided to have this jimmy neutron upgraded hairstyle that no one can copy. I love his extravagant stage of course, people might think he's weird.. but that separate him from others because he's not afraid to step out of the box. With all the plagiarism issue, he ignores it and perform a rock version of Heartbreaker... and oh! Love the hundreds GD clone! you're the man G-Dragon!

Taeyang is the total opposite of G-dragon. G-Dragon performed with hundreds of his clone while Taeyang performed Where U At by himself. He's a simple guy which balances them. If he turned out like G-Dragon then I wouldn't like Big Bang. He also performed Wedding Dress which he currently promoting.

And finally! GDYB moment!.. though they're both different in many areas they are still best friends. and I don't think anyone will separate them. they performed Korean Dream and I personally love the song from G-Dragon's solo album. Taeyang is in charge of the dancing and G-dragon is in charge of getting the crowd hype.

Finally! she's my favorite member in 2NE1!... when I first saw her audition clip I fell in love at her voice... I hope to hear her sing more of this kind of songs =D

Love the song, Love the MV, Love her! she's so Bom! Why do they like to kill their main actor all the time?... I remember one of seoulbeats post about Ariel Lin's Fireflies MV with DongHae and Siwon that of course it's a happy ending because taiwanese are happy people not like koreans.. kekeke
